TS_MomentumEntriesAuto takes the TS_MomentumEntries signal engine and runs it completely hands-free on NinjaTrader 8. It ships pre-configured in the preset that tested strongest in our development: tight New York session windows, trade-with-the-day bias, room-to-target confirmation and automatic loss stand-down.

The Edge, Automated

The engine waits for a decisive momentum push: a bar with a dominant body (60%+ of range by default) that clears a minimum push depth, closing beyond a stacked 9/21 EMA trend structure. No push, no trade — and repeat signals on the same side are blocked until price resets through the fast EMA.

Filtered Like a Professional

Every candidate signal must pass a stack of independent filters: a Choppiness Index regime gate that skips ranging markets, an exhaustion guard (consecutive-bar run and EMA-stretch caps), real-time order-flow delta agreement, a day-bias check so it only trades with the session's direction, and a room-to-target test against the average daily range. New in v1.1: restrict trading to specific hours of the day and days of the week.

Risk Managed on Every Trade

Entries are bracketed immediately — stop at 1×ATR (your 1R) and a 1.5R profit target by default, both configurable. Optional breakeven move, a timeout exit for trades that stall, and automatic flatten at session close.

Daily Guards Enforce Discipline

Maximum trades per day, stand-down after consecutive losses, a daily loss limit in R and an optional daily profit target. When a guard trips, the bot halts itself until the next session — no revenge trading, ever.
